  • What treatment should I schedule?

    Start with scheduling a consultation. Consultations are a vital part of making sure our treatments will be appropriate for the type and current state of your skin.  This is the first step to all of our skincare treatments. 


  • Is a deposit required to schedule a treatment appointment?

    Yes, you can book an appointment through Vagaro, our booking site. The site will prompt you to submit a $50 desposit to hold your appointment date and time. 


    Your $50 deposit will be applied to your treatment total at the end of your service. 


  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We have a 24 hour cancelation policy here at the medspa. This means you are required to cancel your upcoming appointment prior to the 24 hours before your appointment time.


    If you cancel your appointment before the 24 hour window, your deposit will be refunded. 


    If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, you will be charged the entire cost of your treatment.


    If you no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the entire cost of your treatment.

  • What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

    Please give us a call to notify us. If our schedule allows, we may be able to work with you with the time remaining. However, if you are going to be more than 10 MINUTES LATE, we reserve the right to notify you that time will not allow to complete your service and charge the full amount for the service scheduled.

  • I need to cancel or reschedule my treatment appointment. What should I do?

    We understand life happens! You can reschedule or cancel your appointment in one of two (2) ways:


    1. Log into your Vagaro.com account to choose a different date/time or cancel.*


    2. Call the medspa or get in contact with your treatment provider to reschedule or cancel.*

  • What happens if I cancel or reschedule my appointment several times?

    Due to our estheticans limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

  • I don't have child care. Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?

    No, we make every effort to create a calm and relaxing environment for each client. We ask that you secure child care prior to your appointment or reschdule.

  • Can you recommend products virtually?

    Yes! We offer a virtual consultation for curating custom skin care regimens no matter where you are located. Just head to our booking site to schedule!

  • How do I repurchase products?

    No one should be without skincare! Please replenish your products in any of the following ways:


    1. Stop by our medspa, say hi and shop!


    2. Email your order to info@amberprestonaeesthetics.com and we will gladly ship it to you.


    3. Shop our affliate links with all of our favorite skincare brands to purchase your products and support our business!
