Amber has run a successful aesthetics and makeup artistry business in Columbus since 2011. She’s sought after both for her skill and expertise, but also her compassion. She describes herself as a survivor and has seen first hand how the power of a compassionate, healing touch can do so much.

Amber is professionally recognized in the aesthetics community as a masterful leader, yet takes it one step further with an empathetic approach to each and every client interaction. She’s curated a community of aestheticians and massage therapists that embrace the importance of the interaction between provider and client as one that can be transformative and even healing. You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control how you deal with it. You’ll learn more of Amber’s story as you get to know us and you'll see that she’s your advocate in every sense of the word.

Amber’s career path has serendipitously given her the experience and knowledge to run a business focused on helping others feel their best–both the team of aestheticians that work beside her and the customers that find themselves in her care. An artist at heart, Amber has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Wright State University. She once set her sights on a career on Broadway, life had other plans. Instead of New York City, she made her home in Columbus to raise her young daughter as a single parent. Aesthetics and skincare became a refuge for her as she realized she needed more than a 9 to 5 desk life could provide. Her shelter and retreat soon became her beacon and she worked to receive her esthetic’s license from Aveda Institute. 

Amber began her aesthetics career at Columbus Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, working by day as a medical aesthetician while continuing to develop her makeup portfolio on the side. Amber connected with Gabby Douglas while she was in Columbus training for the 2016 Olympics and soon joined the gymnastics star, traveling with her on sets locally and nationally. In fact, you can catch Amber on some episodes of Gabby’s reality show, Douglas Family Gold, that aired on ESPN in 2016.

Inspired by her work with the gold medal winner, Amber decided to pursue her own dream of owning her own salon and spa, a place where her clients could feel the same refuge from their busy lives that initially drew Amber to a career in aesthetics in the first place.  As with her career, she’s followed a circuitous path as a spa owner, leasing space around the city until  finally purchasing a building for her business in 2021. 

Amber does not take her role lightly. A client/aesthetician relationship is an important one and is not just about a luxurious and relaxing setting, but also a menu of carefully curated services that combine expertise and best-in-class products and technology, that deliver the best possible results. She’s not driven by fads and trends, yet continues to research, test, learn about new techniques, tools, and products as part of her dedication to invest in each and every one of her clients. She’s steadfast in her commitment to you and your skin–and it shows.
